ACCOUNTABILITY! WHY? Because if you didn't have anyone-including yourself-holding you accountable, then none of this will work. What is accountability? It is CONSCIOUS eating by tracking your meals, it's being asked if you worked out today and telling the truth. It's actually making it to the gym when you don't feel like going. It's what takes you to that next step. Lucky for you, you have a few ways during this challenge to help hold you accountable. Your weekly check-ins with Kristy, MyFitnessPal App for tracking meals and the FIERCE FIT group you can utilize for support on those days where all you want to do is sit on your couch and binge watching Netflix instead of going to the gym. I get it. We all have those days!
